Life & Professional Coaching

From WHERE YOU ARE TODAY to WHERE YOU WANT TO BE

Liz Berholz is a Life & Professional Coach, A.T.C. (trained at the Adler School of Professional Studies) and is a member of both the Ontario Society of Adlerian Psychology (ONSAP) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

WHAT IS COACHING?

This process guides you, through the  effectiveness of powerful questions, from where you are today to where you want to be, whether we are talking about your parenting, relationships, work, studies, health or any other aspect of your life. No matter what your goals or perceived barriers, coaching will help you get the results you are looking for.

You will discover that you have it all within you. The coaching process broadens awareness and explores possibilities in your life. It enables you to break unhelpful patterns, confront fear and doubt while leveraging your natural strengths to create the action and accountability blueprint for a life you love - one that honours your values and is full of more of what you want.

What do you need and want more of?
